Land surveying is the art and science of establishing or reestablishing corners, lines, boundaries, and monuments of land based upon recorded documents, historical evidence, and present standards of practice. One of the primary roles of a land surveyor is to find the boundary of a person’s property. That boundary is described in legal documents and the land surveyor follows that description and locates the boundary on the physical land and marks it, so the owner knows what land they own. Josh obtained his Associates of Applied Science in Land Surveying in 1997 and has been a registered Wisconsin Professional Land Surveyor since 2003. Josh’s diverse work experience has been the result of projects completed in all 50 states and beyond.
